Terry Beane, Sr., a 2005 graduate of Moler Hairstyling College in Gary, IN, began his journey in the barbering industry in Laporte, Indiana, in January 2008 by opening a barber shop at 222 E Lincolnway. Inspired by the retirement of local barbers, Terry was determined to uphold the tradition of barbering by teaching the next generation through an accredited barber program. In 2009, after obtaining his instructor's license from Merrillville Beauty College, he transformed his shop into Rated Next Barber Stylist School. This barber school is accredited through the State of Indiana and fulfills all the necessary requirements for barbers to become licensed after completing their barber training.
Mr. Beane is an amazing teacher, leader, and role model. He’s caring, understanding, and will do everything he needs to do to turn you into the best barber you can be! So glad I went to Rated Next!
